Operating model
Five stages, one continuous loop
The platform is built around a single operating loop. Each stage produces the evidence the next stage depends on, which is why work cannot be allocated to someone whose qualification record does not support it.
- 01
Train
Administrators publish training documents into a versioned library and assign them to team members or roles. The assignment records the exact document version issued, and their acknowledgement is written to an append-only log.
Produces A dated, version-pinned record of what each team member was trained on.
- 02
Qualify
Each competency states the evidence it needs. That can be an assessment scored on the server, an observed practical sign-off recorded by a named assessor, or both. Only completed evidence creates a qualification.
Produces A qualification record derived from evidence, not from a manual tick box.
- 03
Allocate
Operational work is created from defined tasks, management instructions or training requirements. Eligibility is evaluated per team member: department first, then attendance, then the hard qualification gate, then capacity and workload fairness.
Produces Work assigned only to team members who are permitted, present and available.
- 04
Execute
Team members work from a queue that shows current work, next work and what remains. Start, pause, resume and complete are recorded as server-side session events, so active time is measured rather than estimated.
Produces Real active time per item of work, with a full event trail.
- 05
Review
Managers see what is ready, what is held and the reason it is held — an unmet competency, missing attendance, or a task that cannot activate. Interventions are retained as immutable history.
Produces An operational picture that explains itself, and an audit trail that cannot be rewritten.
Where to go next
Follow the loop through the product
Each stage has its own detail page.
Run the platform against your own operational tasks
Create your organisation and work the full loop yourself: a training document, the competency it proves, the qualification gate it opens, and the work that gets allocated because of it.
