Talk to us about competency-controlled operations
A walkthrough follows one real task end to end: the training document behind it, the competency it proves, the qualification gate it opens, the allocation decision, and the measured work session that results.
What to include in your enquiry
- • Roughly how many employees and departments are involved.
- • Which tasks currently depend on someone being signed off.
- • How training records are held today, and by whom.
- • Whether attendance data already exists in Unity.

FAQ
Common questions
- Can employees sign themselves up?
- No. Accounts are provisioned by an administrator inside the platform. There is no public sign-up, and no self-service billing flow.
- Does the platform record attendance itself?
- No. Attendance and presence are owned by the external Unity system and read into this platform. This platform owns training, competency, qualification, task definition, allocation and work sessions.
- What happens if someone's training evidence is missing?
- The qualification gate fails closed: work requiring that competency is held for that employee, with the reason recorded, rather than being allocated anyway.
